Ordering FAQ'sAfter my order is processed can I make a change?04/14/2011 All orders are processed immediately. We're so sorry, but we cannot accept any changes to orders once they are placed. Please ensure your order is completed as desired before you send it in. What forms of payment do you accept?04/14/2011 All orders are processed through Paypal. The cart page will take you to the Paypal screen at which time you may choose to use your paypal account OR a credit card such as, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Each order is charged to your credit card at the time it is ordered.
How long does it take to receive my order?04/14/2011 Please allow 7 business days for Cafe Mounts, Candles, and Skinny Mounts to be shipped and 10 business days for Gallery Wrap Canvases and Greeting Cards to be shipped. Your packages may be shipped separately. Please check your account status for your package tracking #'s. Can I track my print once it is purchased?04/14/2011 Yes! you can log into your account and retrieve the tracking information once we have shipped your order. Can I return or exchange my prints once I receive them?04/14/2011 Yes, your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, simply email info@redletterwords.com for the return shipping address, send it back in its original packaging (return shipping is your responsibility) and we will refund your money or exchange your print. Can I get a gift certificate?04/14/2011 Unfortunately we do not offer gift certificates at this time. If I have a special request where can I give you a message regarding my order?04/14/2011 Please provide any special instructions in the “note to seller” section when ordering. Do you offer custom prints?04/14/2011 Yes! I love love love to make custom prints! However, I can only accept a limited number of custom print requests each month. Please check the custom print section if custom prints are available for ordering at this time. |
